Normally all games are in stock, however should an item be out of stock we will contact you within 2 working days of placing your order to discuss the option.

VAT (Value added Tax)
VAT at the standard UK rate will be added for orders from the UK. VAT will also be added for all countries in the European Union (EU) unless you can provide us with a current VAT (or equivalent) number for your country.
Orders from countries outside the EU will not be charged VAT.
Import Tax
Please note that importation tax may be applied to orders that are outside of the UK. This is dependent on each countries importation rules. Any questions should be directed to the receiving countries tax body.

It is often cheaper for delivery to buy more than one game at a time, please contact us if you are ordering more than one game to get a price.
For orders placed before midday, we can normally dispatch them that day.
We can arrange for shorter or longer delivery times, which will increase or decrease the cost of delivery. If you would like alternative shipping costs, please contact us for more information.
We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising from a failure to deliver our product(s) on any particular date.
Payment
Unless previously agreed in writing, payment is to be made before the game will is dispatched.
Ownership of the game shall not pass to you unless and until have received payment in full (including VAT where appropriate). This means that you cannot use the game until payment in full has been made.
Refunds Policy for the training activities and business games that we sell
We hope you that will be delighted with your purchase from Elite Training. However, you have the right to a full refund within 10 days of receipt if the goods do not live up to your expectations.
The product(s) needs to be in perfect condition and in its undamaged, original packaging. We cannot refund or exchange anything that has been used.
Please return the goods and original packaging in unused condition to:

Return postage, packing insurance and direct costs cannot be refunded. Please keep proof of postage to facilitate claims should goods be lost in transit.
