Time Management Setting This training game will leave your participants disgusted with themselves when they find they don't read, that they jump into tasks without thinking, lose all attention to detail and overlook the most obvious points. It's a RIOT! Packed with learning.

Collectively the team represents a manager starting the week with list of EIGHT tasks that need doing.

The tasks are described in general terms on a number of Task Sheets – and it is impossible to complete them until further information is available. Each team has 40 minutes to set their objectives.

This means choosing which of them are the priorities – there's no time to do them all! The team signs a contract on which ones they will attempt.

They then have a 25 minute time slot to complete the contract agreement.

Setting SMART objectives

Choose too many objectives and you will run out of time. Choose too few and you will underperform. Set Your Objective! is the most powerful exercise for demonstrating the importance of completing work on time in line with the main objective, selecting priorities and setting realistic targets within the time scales.
