Making a bridge and a vehicle is relatively easy. Establishing and meeting the customer's specification is a different matter. This two-part training activity clearly shows the importance of establishing the clients needs before time, effort and money is spent on development. Part one introduces the concepts, part two provides opportunities to change behaviour and work patterns.

This unique training activity brings out important issues such as:

• making assumptions
• clarifying objectives
• planning
• team skills

Duration:     1.5 to 2.5 hours

Numbers:     Up to 2 teams with 3 to 6 delegates in a team (for each kit).
