Mentoring Courses

Our Mentoring Courses provide mentors with the knowledge and skills of mentoring.

Every organisation needs some form of career development programme to produce a succession of motivated, upward moving employees.

Mentoring is the process of preparing staff for future change; often referred to as a “journey of prompted discovery”. An effective mentor will look at long-term career development and help to improve leadership development and retaining key people.

This mentoring course enables delegates to develop the skills of a mentor so they can bring the best out of their staff and enable mentees to think more for themselves and learn to solve problems. Reverse Mentoring

The latest form of mentoring is reverse mentoring or “mentor up” as it is also known. A younger or less experienced person helps a more senior manager gain insight into areas, such as changing IT technology and changing IT technology, mindsets and expectations of the younger generation, new business concepts, etc. The traditional one-way street becomes a two-way thoroughfare where employees of all ages learn from each other.
