Running Your Business For A Profit Business Game
Enjoy recreating the dynamics & challenges of the real commercial world, managing a business in this restaurant simulation

Focus on process improvement, leadership and teamwork, working together to optimise your continuous improvement, problem solving and time management skills
How do you make a company more efficient? In the Continuous Improvement business game, the team are tasked with finding the most efficient, productive solution.
A company has hired a team of consultants (your team) to help to improve the performance of the production process at their factory. But there’s a problem: To get the production line working, 30 icons (plastic cards) on a large floor-mounted touch screen monitor must be touched in sequence.
To complicate things further, the sequence can change when a different product is being manufactured.
Not surprisingly, the process is taking too long and impacting productivity. Teams must find a quicker, more efficient solution.
Total flexibility – Tailor the game to the group
