Payment
Unless previously agreed in witing, payment is to be made before the game will be dispatched.

Refunds Policy for the training activities and business games that we sell.
You have the right to a full refund within 7 days of receipt if the goods do not live up to your expectations. Please ensure that you return the goods in the original new condition.

You also have the right to an exchange or full refund for any goods proving to be faulty or incomplete within 7 days of receipt.
Any goods proving to be faulty after that date will not be exchanged.

Please return the goods and packaging in original condition together with completed refund form (issued with every order) to:

Retain a 'proof of sending receipt' as Elite Training European Ltd takes no responsibility for items not received - a refund will be issued within 30 days.
