Stock Availability
We normally have everything in stock, however should an item be out of stock we will contact you within 2 working days of placing your order to discuss the option. Please email games@elitetraining.co.uk or telephone us on +44 (0)1473 610320 to check stock availability if delivery of your training game is urgent.

Payment Details
You can buy a game buy:

• Credit or Debit Card
• By Bank Transfer (please ask for details)
• By Cheque in Pounds Sterling made out to Elite Training European Ltd
• By PayPal (please ask for details)

Delivery
For orders placed before midday we can normally dispatch them that day.

Delivery to the UK is normally 1 to 2 working days, however, you should allow up to 3 working days.

Delivery to other countries is normally 2 to 6 working days.

We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising from a failure to deliver our product(s) on any particular date.

We can arrange for shorter or longer delivery times, which can increase or decrease the cost of delivery. If you would like alternative shipping costs please email games@elitetraining.co.uk or telephone us on +44 (0)1473 610320.

Import Tax
Please note that importation tax may be applied to orders that are outside of the UK. This is dependent on each countries importation rules. Any questions should be directed to the receiving countries tax body.

Payment
Unless previously agreed in writing, payment is to be made before the game will is dispatched.

Ownership of the game shall not pass to you unless and until have received payment in full (including VAT where appropriate). This means that you cannot use the game until payment in full has been made.

Refunds Policy for the training activities and business games that we sell
We hope you that will be delighted with your purchase from Elite Training. However, you have the right to a full refund within 5 days of receipt if the goods do not live up to your expectations.

The product(s) needs to be in perfect condition and in its undamaged, original packaging. We cannot refund or exchange anything that has been used.

Please return the goods and original packaging in unused condition to:
Elite Training European Ltd, 3 Parkers Place, Martlesham Heath, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP5 3UX, England.

Return postage, packing insurance and direct costs cannot be refunded. Please keep proof of postage to facilitate claims should goods be lost in transit.

Accuracy of Contents
We use reasonable care and skill in compiling the content of this site but we accept no responsibility or liability for any inaccuracy, errors and omissions. Whilst we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered then you will be informed as soon as possible and given the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.

We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website. Your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.

Copyright and General
All games we sell are protected by copyright law. When you buy one copy of a game you/your organisation buy the licence to run the activity as many times as you wish, with the number of teams stipulated in that pack. You can re-order the consumables for that pack.

If you wish to run the simulation with more teams per session you need one or more additional packs - thereby giving you the licence to run it (and re-run it) with the bigger groups.

The legal ownership and any copyright or other intellectual property rights on this website and brochures its design, text, graphics and all other material on this website or in our brochures shall belong to Elite Training European Limited always, unless otherwise stated.
