Our communication skill training course covers most forms of interpersonal communication. Delegates will learn that most people are poor listeners and talking is not an effective way of communicating, there are better ways. If the right message is not received the action is bound to be wrong and need repeating.

Delegates will develop efficient communication skills and make good use of body language to ensure the right message is received.

This communication skills training course is highly interactive, with lots of discussion and creative practical exercises. Everyone is encouraged to develop their self-awareness in order to improve their communication techniques.

You will practise skills which increase your sensitivity to the behaviour of others, allowing you to project yourself with confidence, not only during presentations but also in your daily working environment.

We believe that learning should be enjoyable and interesting. This is why we use a training activity called “The Crime Squad” as part of the course. This training resource is ideal to learn how effective communication means not making assumptions and involves active listening skills and giving information.

Our courses consist of 'In-Company' training; we visit companies’ premises or hotels and run courses according to company and staff needs.

We do not run training courses for people from different companies to attend. However, we do run courses consisting of one or two delegates. This enables us to move at the pace of the delegates (as fast or slow as necessary; as deep into the subject as appropriate, and with as much development as possible). These are not as expensive as you might think!
