Our time management course is designed to introduce staff to the skills and abilities required to manage their time better and help prevent time’s extraordinary ability to slip away.

The approach will involve presentations and discussion to introduce the concepts of time management and practical exercises and syndicate work to develop personal skills.

For example we use a training activity called 'In Box' which consists of 30 documents (faxes, memos, notes, letters etc.) and their task is to:

• prioritise the items and decide which communications need an instant response;
  
• decide which items can be delegated;
  
• identify underlying problems within the business as revealed by the communications and decide what should be done.

An enjoyable activity which creates learning on many key areas on effective time management.

Our courses consist of 'In-Company' training; we visit companies’ premises or hotels and run courses according to company and staff needs.

We do not run training courses for people from different companies to attend. However, we do run courses consisting of one or two delegates. This enables us to move at the pace of the delegates (as fast or slow as necessary; as deep into the subject as appropriate, and with as much development as possible). These are not as expensive as you might think!
