Objectives of the Training Course

Methodology
In order to establish the training needs of managers we ask clients the following questions:

Why the manager should attend? – What is their role and what are their training needs?
How the training should be done? – Length, modular, etc.

Other learning outcomes will be agreed with our client.

We believe that learning should be enjoyable and interesting. This is why we use a training activity called “Exploring the Manager's role and Skills" as part of the course. This training resource provokes a thorough discussion on the role and skills of a manager. It also helps managers to understand how they should apply their skills according to the situation.
