The Creative Business Company is a fun team building exercise developed in the UK as a fun corporate team building activity.

The exercise develops the following areas:

This creative team building activity is the result of many years of research combined with practical experience  in developing creativity with teams.

It provides teams with a number of creative activities which are fun challenging and rewarding.

A debrief ensures that the learning is transferred to the workplace.

In this game teams form a new company which earns money by achieving these type of tasks:

We will arrange for large teams to work together against the clock to achieve a big profit (comparisons can be made with other teams who have completed the game.)

Alternatively teams compete against each other to earn the most money in the time allowed.

Either way creativity will soon be developed.

We have designed this team building activity to be both enjoyable and adventurous for all members of the team, no matter what their level of fitness or ability.

This teambuilding exercise is a series of creative and development activities; a fun way to develop creativity, time management, communication and effective teamwork.

The emphasis of the game is on success through planning, team co-operation, excellent communication and negotiation. The most successful teams consider ALL the options, before selecting the most effective method to achieve the activity. After each exercise we debrief teams to enable them to improve their efficiency for the next one.
