Elite's apprenticeships are based around participative classroom training (either in-person or remotely), maximising apprentice involvement to meet the ESFA's required Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours (KSBs) and designed bespoke to maximise your organisation's and learners' benefits.

Elite uses a mixture of trainer-led sessions, exercises and discussion groups, training games, business simulations, videos, slides and demonstrations, tailored to modules' and your requirements, embedding industry, organisational, department and individual examples to put learning into context, from strategic priorities to culture and daily operations.

We support interactive delivery with workbooks, containing practical ideas providing clarity and insights, activities, questions and tasks, essential theory and a reference tool when applying the new KSBs. In-between classroom based training, coaching provides further opportunity to clarify learning and develop apprentices' thinking whilst on relevant experiences, including shadowing colleagues, mentor support and managing projects.

Training, coaching, teambuilding, etc, delivered on the above apprenticeship standards utilising your apprenticeship levy is a cost effective way to invest in your organisation's business, leadership and personal development skills at no or minimal additional cost.

Contact us to discuss your Learning and Development (L&D) requirements and prior learning, to understand your opportunity to utilise apprenticeship levy funding - whether you're an employer with an apprenticeship service account or if you don't pay the apprenticeship levy, utilising the Government's 95% co-investment.

As an example, if you're a non-levy paying employer or have insufficient funds in your apprenticeship levy account, the Team Leader / Supervisor Level 3 apprenticeship standard could cost your organisation just £225 + VAT per learner for a 12 month (typically) programme, or £350 + VAT for the more in-depth Operations / Departmental Manager Level 5 apprenticeship standard.

Following exceptional feedback on our in-house (face-to-face and remote) Learning and Development (L&D) programmes and apprenticeship standards for organisation cohorts, we're delighted to open up our apprenticeship standards as open programmes, delivered remotely and/or with other local organisations. Contact us for upcoming and future opportunities to join an open apprenticeship programme.
